Trademark Policy

§1The mark

• Wordmark: AI&ENERGY™ (with the ampersand)
• Product: AI&ENERGY OS (uses the AI&ENERGY mark; "OS" is the descriptive product designator)
• U.S. status: Trademark application pending at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. ™ designation is used pending registration.
• Held by: AI&ENERGY OS, United States.

§2Permitted nominative use

You may use the wordmark "AI&ENERGY" or "AI&ENERGY OS" without prior permission to truthfully refer to the product or the company, provided that:

• The use is descriptive and not suggestive of endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation that does not exist.
• The mark appears in the form shown above — with the ampersand, in mixed or upper case, not stylized as a different mark.
• You do not modify, abbreviate, hyphenate, pluralize, or translate the mark.
• You do not combine the mark with another word, prefix, or suffix to form a new mark (e.g., "AIENERGY Pro", "AI&ENERGY-Lite").
• On first use in a written piece, you include a credit substantially similar to: AI&ENERGY™ is a trademark of AI&ENERGY OS.

§3Press, analyst & partner use

Press, analysts, and partners who wish to reference the mark in published or distributed material are welcome to do so under the rules above. We do not require pre-approval for ordinary reporting, citation, or commentary.

For uses that imply a relationship — logos in case studies, paid sponsorships, joint announcements, partner-tier badges, marketing collateral that places our mark alongside another company's mark — we ask that you obtain prior written consent. Email brand@aienergyos.com with the proposed use, the context, and a draft of the material. We respond within five (5) business days.

§4Prohibited uses

The following uses are prohibited and may be enforced:

• Registering a domain, social-media handle, or product name that incorporates "AI&ENERGY", "AIENERGY", "AI ENERGY OS", or a confusingly similar variation.
• Using the mark in a manner that disparages, denigrates, or harms the reputation of AI&ENERGY OS, its Principals, or its personnel.
• Using the mark to promote products or services that compete with AI&ENERGY OS, that we have not authorized, or that are unlawful.
• Using the mark in a way that suggests our endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership where none exists.
• Reproducing the mark with so little context that an ordinary reader would mistake the source of the material.
• Using the mark in connection with any activity that we determine in good faith would harm a Principal or compromise their privacy or confidentiality.

§5Why this matters

The AI&ENERGY OS positioning — sovereign intelligence infrastructure for families and individuals — depends on consistent meaning. A mark that is reused promiscuously, glued to unrelated products, or confused with look-alikes loses the protective association we have built for the people we serve. We enforce the mark not out of zeal but because Principal trust is the asset.

§6Reporting infringement

If you believe the AI&ENERGY mark is being misused or misappropriated, please write to brand@aienergyos.com with the URL or material, where you saw it, and (optionally) your contact details. We confirm receipt within five (5) business days and respond on a course of action within fifteen (15) business days. We do not require you to identify yourself in order to report an infringement.

§7Other intellectual property

This policy addresses the wordmark only. Copyright in the website, documentation, and other published materials is reserved separately under our Terms of Service. The visual identity (logo, color, typography combinations) is reserved for AI&ENERGY OS and its authorized partners.
