This policy describes the only ways AI&ENERGY OS sends or receives SMS messages. It is narrow on purpose: SMS is reserved for confirmations, coordination, and short security notices — never for marketing campaigns, never for promotional blasts, never for content unrelated to a specific Principal's stated Engagement.

§1Who receives messages
Only individuals who have directly given us a mobile number for a specific purpose receive SMS from us. That happens in one of these ways:
- You wrote your mobile number into a form on this website (e.g., the waitlist application, the floating-button contact card) and we acknowledged it.
- You provided your mobile number during a scheduled call, meeting, or in writing as part of an active Engagement.
- You initiated an SMS conversation with us first by texting our published number.
We do not buy, rent, license, scrape, or otherwise acquire mobile numbers from any third party.
§2Consent
By providing your mobile number to us in one of the ways listed in §1, you agree to receive transactional and conversational SMS messages from AI&ENERGY OS related to that specific interaction. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or of any service we offer. You may decline to provide a mobile number and still proceed with most Engagements.
Consent is purpose-scoped. Providing your number for a waitlist application is not consent to receive notifications about a different program. If we open a new channel of communication (e.g., a quarterly briefing), we will ask again before adding you.
§3Types of messages we send
- Application status. Confirmation that we received your application; status updates as it moves through review; an invitation when a slot opens.
- Scheduling. Confirmation of a call, a reminder before it begins, a reschedule notice if needed.
- Active Engagement coordination. Short status notices, two-factor confirmation codes, security alerts, urgent operational messages.
- Conversational replies. Plain replies if you have texted us first or asked us to follow up by text.
We do not send marketing offers, promotional content, surveys, drip campaigns, content unrelated to your active Engagement, or messages on behalf of any third party.
§4Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on the activity in your Engagement. A typical waitlist applicant receives no more than three (3) messages over a multi-month period. An active client may receive up to a handful of messages per active project week. We do not send messages at fixed intervals.
§5Carrier rates & charges
We do not charge you for SMS. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and your carrier. Please consult your carrier for the specific rates that apply to messages sent or received over its network.
§6Opting out — STOP
You may opt out of further SMS at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to a message from us:
STOP STOPALL UNSUBSCRIBE CANCEL END QUIT
On receipt of an opt-out keyword we will send one short confirmation message and then cease all further SMS to that number. If you later want to receive SMS again, please reach out by another channel (email, the floating-button form on the website, or by calling the line) and we will re-enroll only after fresh consent.
Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to receive email or to use the rest of our services.

§8Supported carriers & disclaimer
Our SMS program is delivered through Twilio Inc. and is compatible with the major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional and MVNO carriers. International delivery is available for many but not all networks.
Carrier disclaimer. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on factors outside our and your carrier's control (e.g., network congestion, device state, message length, carrier filtering). We will use reasonable effort to ensure messages are delivered but cannot guarantee delivery time or success.
§9A2P 10DLC registration
For U.S. mobile delivery, our SMS program is registered with The Campaign Registry under the Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code (A2P 10DLC) framework operated by U.S. mobile carriers. Registration covers our brand, the sending number, the program type (transactional and conversational), sample messages, and our opt-in / opt-out language as described in this policy. Registration is mandatory for U.S. business SMS and is renewed annually.
§10Confidentiality of phone numbers
Your mobile number is Information under our Privacy Policy and is held under all of its protections. In particular, we do not sell, rent, license, syndicate, or share mobile numbers with any third party for that party's marketing, advertising, lead generation, or model training. This restriction extends to all of the categories of opt-in data and consent records associated with the SMS program; we do not share them with third parties for promotional purposes. The only third parties that touch your number are Twilio (delivery) and the U.S. wireless carrier through which the message is routed, each of which is bound by its own terms.
Numbers obtained for SMS purposes are retained as described in Privacy Policy §11 and are deleted on a verified opt-out beyond the legal minimum we must keep to honor your opt-out.
