Configurations

Effective: 21 May 2026 · Version 1.0

AI&ENERGY OS begins with the Estate Foundation installation — a complete deployment of compute, energy, storage, sensors, and operation for a private residence. It is best brought in while architecture, MEP, low-voltage, security, and energy plans are still open. Beyond Foundation, every dimension scales to the Principal’s situation. We do not sell components separately, and we do not deploy without an architecture review. Every engagement begins with a private conversation.

Estate Foundation

A complete installation for a new private estate or substantial residence.

From $550,000 USD

One NVIDIA DGX Station-class compute node for on-premises inference, paired with an auxiliary continuity node. A battery-backed continuity spine sized to the residence’s critical intelligence loads. Solar, roof, and major electrical work are scoped during the private architecture review. Up to a petabyte of sovereign storage. A perimeter mesh of multiple cameras and directional microphones, analyzed entirely on the local compute, never streamed off the property. Foundation is most appropriate when the residence is still in design, pre-construction, or early construction. Completed residences are reviewed case by case.

Beyond Foundation

Principal Estate Architecture

For estates whose footprint exceeds a single residence, or whose autonomy requirement exceeds the grid.

By inquiry

Estate Foundation is the starting point. Above it, every dimension scales to the Principal’s situation — deeper energy autonomy for indefinite off-grid operation, on-premises model fine-tuning, multi-structure estate synchronization with a single intelligence layer, and dedicated travel-team availability. We calibrate the configuration during an architecture review prior to engagement; we do not publish itemized advanced specifications.

All configurations include a lifetime non-training guarantee, on-device inference, quarterly architecture review, and 24-hour incident response. Custom configurations available by inquiry only.

The catalog above describes the inventory of a typical installation. The actual deployment for any Principal is calibrated during an architecture review prior to engagement. Specifications are accurate as of the effective date and will be re-versioned when revised. Hardware references identify the class of component (e.g., "NVIDIA DGX Station," "Tesla Powerwall 3") and may be substituted with equivalents available at the time of installation.

§Questions a Principal usually asks

When should AI&ENERGY OS enter a project?
Ideally before architecture, MEP, low-voltage, security, and energy packages are closed. Early entry prevents retrofit compromises and lets the system become part of the residence rather than an appliance added after completion.
How long does installation take?
Six to eight weeks from inquiry to an operating system. Architecture review, site survey, permits, install, calibration, and Principal hand-off.
Who installs and maintains the system?
An AI&ENERGY engagement lead remains accountable for the work. Licensed specialists operate under our architecture, security requirements, and final acceptance process. Ongoing care runs under an annual Operations & Assurance Contract.
What happens when something breaks?
Twenty-four-hour on-site response for any operational failure. Spare hardware staged at regional locations so we are not waiting on freight.
Can I install across multiple residences?
Yes. See Beyond Foundation above. Pricing and architecture are calibrated per Principal at the architecture review.
Will I need to upgrade my electrical service?
The Foundation system is designed around a battery-backed continuity spine for critical intelligence loads. Solar, roof, service-panel, and other major electrical work are assessed during the architecture review before any installation commitment.
What happens when new AI hardware ships?
Compute is treated as a replaceable layer. Each engagement includes quarterly architecture review and an annual compute assessment. We recommend refresh only when new hardware materially improves capability, reliability, energy profile, or support life; the Principal owns the installed hardware and is never forced into an upgrade.
How long before it is useful?
Productive on day one for general inference work. Household-specific value — pattern recognition, recall, decision-context — accumulates meaningfully over the first six to twelve months.
What about my existing cloud and household systems?
Migration from current cloud accounts and household systems is part of the engagement. Read-only ingest is standard; deletion-at-origin is available at the Principal’s direction.
What is the engagement term, and can I exit?
The hardware is owned by the Principal upon completion. The Operations & Assurance Contract is annual and renewable. The system continues to operate if the contract is not renewed; only proactive support, architecture review, and software updates pause.
